CDC & AUCD
The work of the Florida Office on Disability and Health/Florida Disability and Health Program is made possible by a grant from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The Center also funds 18 additional states with disability and health grants. In Florida, we were fortunate to be funded with the Core project which allows the Program to adapt evidence based programs for increased use by people with disabilities.
The Association for University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD) is a membership organization that supports and promotes a national network of university-based interdisciplinary programs. AUCD works with its members, including the disability and health grantee states, to provide resources for local, state, national, and international agencies and organizations concerned about people living with developmental and other disabilities and their families.
